Herbal Iced Tea Recipe

Here’s a simple and refreshing recipe for hot days like this. On farm days, I often make a big jug of iced tea using fresh herbs and a touch of honey or maple syrup. It’s easy to make, hydrating, and incredibly flavorful.


Herbal Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

A few sprigs of fresh herbs (mint or lemon verbena are my go-to)

Honey or maple syrup (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Boil water and pour into a large jar or pitcher.

  2. Add the fresh herbs and a spoonful of honey or maple syrup.

  3. Steep for 5–10 minutes, then remove the herbs.

  4. Let cool, then refrigerate.

  5. Serve over ice and enjoy!
